The process

1. Ingredients

All ingredients are measured out with care, promptly, to ensure the best outcome

2. Into the mixer

Ingredients are mixed for app. half an hour until achieving desired consistency.

3. Casting


The concrete is poured into the mold and left to dry for five days.

4. Grinding


The surface of the clock is ground and polished by hand until its texture becomes visible.

Every piece differs slightly, small variations in texture, tone, and edge are not corrected.

They are kept.

Because the process matters as much as the object itself.

The clocks are produced in collaboration with Zoltán Molnár at the Konkrét Design workshop.
